Creamy Classic Pimiento Cheese


• 6 oz. extra-sharp orange cheddar cheese

• 6 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1 (4-oz.) jar diced Dromedary® pimientos, drained and rinsed

• 2 green onions, minced

• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

• Crackers or fresh cut vegetables

Yield: about 2 cups

Hands-on time: 15 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes


• Grate orange cheddar using the large holes of a box grater, grate white cheddar using the small holes of box grater.

• Stir together mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients.

• Stir in both cheeses until well blended.

• Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.

• Serve with crackers, fresh cut vegetables, or on a sandwich.
