Dromedary® Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

• 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

• 8 oz. Colby-jack cheese, shredded

• (2) 4 oz. jars or (1) 7-oz jar diced or sliced Dromedary® pimientos, drained & rinsed

• 1/4 c. sour cream

• 3 T. canned jalapenos, chopped

• 1 T. hot sauce

Directions

• Mix all ingredients into large bowl.

• Spoon into greased two quart baking dish.

• Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

• Yields 12 servings.

• Serve warm with tortilla chips.
