Stanley's Dromedary® Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients

• 16-oz. Colby Jack cheese, shredded

• (2) 4-oz. jars diced or sliced Dromedary® pimientos, drained and rinsed

• ¼ c. mayonnaise

• 1 T. sour cream

• 2 t. Worcestershire sauce

• Dash of hot sauce, if desired

Directions

• Mix all ingredients into large bowl.

• Chill for at least an hour.

• Serve with crackers, on a sandwich, or on a hamburger.

• Yields 8 servings.
