Zesty Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped

• 1 8-oz. carton sour cream

• 1 7-oz. jar Dunbars Fire Roasted Pepper, rinsed and drained

• 2/3 c. mayonnaise

• 1/3 c. green onions, chopped

• 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt

• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

• 1/4 tsp. dill weed

• 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

• Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, and stir in all remaining ingredients.

• Chill mixture.

• For a decorative look.

• Place dip inside a large cabbage head, bread bowl or large red pepper.

• Serve with crackers or assorted fresh vegetables.
