Directions
•Drain pimientos and discard liquid. •Combine all ingredients except milk and mix well. •Slowly add milk to achieve desired consistency. •Cover and refrigerate for a great sandwich spread. •Create a creamy chip and vegetable dip by adding more mayonnaise. •Use pimientos to dress up tuna, chicken, potato, bean and pasta salads. •Top tortilla chips with cheese, pimientos, jalapeños and olives; microwave until cheese melts for breezy nachos. •Sprinkle pimientos in your scrambled eggs for a Southwestern flair. •Add a dash of garlic, crumbled bacon or chopped pickles to your pimiento cheese sandwich for extra oomph! •Pile on the pimiento cheese and elevate the flavor of your BLT or burger to new heights. •Puree a drained 4-oz. jar of pimientos with a clove of garlic and 3-oz. of melted butter, spread on Italian bread and broil for an awesome appetizer. •Add a 2-oz. jar of drained pimientos and minced jalapeños to make your cornbread head South of the Border. |
