Directions
• Peel and core the apples, then slice into 1/6th wedges. • Place apple wedges in bowl with the lemon juice and cover to prevent browning. • Put apples, sweet potatoes and white raisins in an oven-proof baking dish and set aside. • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, rum, cinnamon, nutmeg and mace. • Pour glaze over sweet potatoes and apples. • Bake for 20 minutes at 400°. |
