Directions
•Drain pimientos and discard liquid. •Process cheese in a food processor until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. •Add remaining ingredients and process until well-blended. •To shorten prep time, use shredded cheese and hand mix all ingredients. Chill if desired. •Use as a topping on a variety of crackers and breads to create mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres. |
